THE INNER WELLBEING MEDITATION COURSE

 Have you wanted to meditate but felt your mind was too busy? 
 Would you like to reawaken your meditation practice?
 Would you like a supportive group to guide your meditation practice along? 

Meditation is a time tested and proven process that enriches, improves and enhances your
life.

The good news is that anyone can meditate, you just need to be shown how! It's not about
emptying your mind; it's about bringing it to focus on something that promotes peace and
calm.

This practical, hands-on 4-week course will give you the tools you need to transform your
life with meditation.

Use meditation to:


~ reduce stress and tension
~ increase your mental focus
~ gain a clearer understanding of yourself
~ help you to make better decisions in life
~ boost your ability to be self-disciplined
~ help you exchange unhealthy habits for healthy life choices
~ develop positive traits such as compassion, forgiveness, tolerance and inner peace

You will learn mindfulness, breathing meditation (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra),
mala meditation and kirtan (using mantras).

4. Loving Kindness
5. Chakras
6. Bringing it all Together

This course runs over 4 Thursdays from 7:30pm - 8:30pm
6th July to the 27th July


Every week is 60 minutes of bliss!

Biography

Sonya Furlong
has been meditating since she was a teenager, finding it a rock in an ever-
changing life. Sonya has been teaching meditation for over 20 years and incorporates it into
her coaching and therapy work. Sonya founded the Centre for Life Therapies in 2018; a
coaching and training company focusing on life coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and
meditation.
