Inner West Disability Forum - December 2025
Event description
🎉 Inner West Disability Forum – End-of-Year Gathering 🎉
Join us for the next Inner West Disability Forum, a member-led initiative that brings together service providers, advocates, people living with a disability, carers, and community members. Our forums are inclusive, informative, and collaborative, with a strong focus on practical insights and community connection.
🎄 End-of-Year Theme: "Giving Back"
Our final event of the year is themed Giving Back. We will reflect on the year, celebrate the power of community, and mark the International Day of People with Disability.
Guest speakers from OzHarvest and Good in the Hood will share insights into food relief and community participation.
After the talks, we will head outside for some fun and socialising with outdoor games on the grassed area, and food will be provided to keep everyone energised and connected!
✨ Special Giving Opportunity
Throughout the day, OzHarvest and Good in the Hood will host stalls where you can:
Donate non-perishable food items for Good in the Hood’s Christmas Hampers, helping bring joy to families in need this festive season.
(Donations are completely optional)Take part in interactive activities by OzHarvest focused on reducing food waste and learning about volunteering opportunities in your community.
A full list of suggested donation items will be sent to those who register. Donations are completely optional – your presence and participation are what matter most!
