Most startups don't fail because the product is bad. They fail because nobody can say, in one sentence, who it's for and why it beats what they're already using.
That's positioning. It's the part of go-to-market most founders skip, and it's why good products stall.
This month our panel of founders and operators pull apart how they actually did it: how they found the narrow slice of the market they could win, how they described it so customers got it straight away, what they tried that didn't work, and how they got their first paying customers. Honest stories, not frameworks.
Then it's over to the pitches. Five Inner West founders get five minutes each in front of the room and the panel, and you vote for the winner.
