About Conscious Connected Breath:

Conscious connected breathing (or rebirthing breathwork) is a healing modality using the breath to access deeper states of consciousness. It is a simple breath technique available to anyone, with most of the session done lying down under blankets for warmth.

Set to music - with Himalayan Singing Bowls and drums - to bring deep vibrational healing to the body, and soothe the nervous system.

Benefits of conscious connected breathing are many, including:

- calm the mind and build emotional resilience

- boost immunity and reduce inflammation

- find greater clarity, insights and fresh perspectives on life

- reduce stress and calm the nervous system

- foster a sense of connection, meaning and purpose

I hope you can join on this beautiful journey - to consciously navigate your inner world to find peace and connection within.
