Embracing your Ego and Inner Child - Codes of Connection Series
Event description
Codes of Connection is an ever-evolving offering - a living laboratory where we create space to share, explore, practice, play, and show up in the raw, realness of being human.
Each evening workshop invites you into a different pillar of connection. Through guided activities and practices, you’ll expand self-awareness and deepen intimacy - with yourself and with others.
In a world that moves fast and asks us to keep doing, we can easily forget the power of simply being - of presence, attunement, and meaningful connection.
Part 4 How to love your Ego and Inner Child
One of the biggest buzz-words in personal development is the all-mighty Ego. A more recent edition may be the Inner Child.
And for good reason.
These two, which we all have, can cause a lot of trouble if we don’t know how to look after them.
In this workshop, we will explore what the Inner Child and the Ego are, how they show up and how they may disrupt or sabotage our relationships and connections.
We will work on learning from our Ego and listening to the needs of our Inner Child.
Let’s identify the moment when we get triggered/these two are activated, and then work with them rather than try to “kill the Ego” or ignore the Inner Child.
We will work with compassion, get to know ourselves better, shine a light at our shadow, and find a little more inner peace.
As in all our workshops, we will move, talk, listen, laugh, and maybe cry. There is space for all of it. All of you is welcome.
Come journey with us. Step into a space of authentic relating, and experience what it truly means to connect, grow, and thrive in community.
This series is open to all: singles, couples, lovers, friends, and family. Come exactly as you are.
We highly recommend attending the whole series if you can, yet you are also welcome to book single workshops
