Loving On Your Inner Child - TAURANGA Workshop & 9D Breathwork Experience

We are not one-dimensional beings with one static 'personality'

Often our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and reactions are not coming from our WHOLE self, but rather from a part (or parts) of us.

The term "parts" refers to the experience of having shifting states of mind that have unique sets of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

The "Inner Child" is a big part of what drives our reactions and emotions in our adult life and is with us our entire life. Our Inner Child is our most sensitive part and needs our presence, love and attention.
Your Inner Child is the "little you" and is a psychological reality. It is the innocent, vulnerable, irrational little you that has feelings that don't make sense and may not always know how to express them.

As an adult it's your job to tend to the "little you", your inner-child, and learn to self-soothe in moments of heightened emotion, stress, or fear.

In this experience you will be guided to connect with your Inner Child with individual workshop exercises, before undertaking this transformational 9D Breathwork Journey.
The combination of coaching, connection and breathwork make this a powerful, memorable experience.

Within the breathwork journey you will be exploring your edge through the breath and fully surrendering to connecting with your Inner Child through powerful visualisation. You may confront and heal past emotional pain and unlock personal growth through embracing your childhood wounds and reconnect with those fragmented parts of yourself that you may have abandoned or forgot about.

Guiding your Inner Child to a safe healing place where you can tend to their needs and help them feel safe and nurtured creates a sense of deep connection with Self, a renewed perspective on self image and life, and a deeper level of self love. 

In this Inner Child Journey there are:

  • 4 breath holds and sighs 
  • 1 breath hold before a scream (an emotional, energetic and physical release!) 
  • 4 breath holds in the anchoring of the affirmations at the end of the journey

This event is open to individuals of all levels, whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience.

What to Bring:
- please come prepared with an old photograph or a photo of a photo on your phone of a younger you. Perhaps an age that was most challenging, or an age where you hold a lot of emotion.

- a pen and journal
- wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress warm in layers.
- a yoga mat or similar
- a blanket, small/flat pillow and eye mask (or a face cloth folded in half makes a good substitute)
- water bottle
- most importantly, come with an open mind and heart

Arrival Time: 
Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time to say hello and get settled in.

Preparation Tip:
Avoid eating heavy foods or drinking anything besides water before coming.

    Meet Your Host!
    Olivia Hoebers - Verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach

    Olivia Hoebers is a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and solo mother to her 18 month old daughter. She is passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing with fellow solo-mothers, within the school environment and in the wider Waikato community in New Zealand.


    With an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and the major life transitions that she’s navigated over the past few years, has created a unique set of skills and tools.

    Today she is dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, sharing her story and knowledge gained through her solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other solo-mothers navigate their journey, while also working towards developing breathwork programs for schools.




    A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

    • cardiovascular problems
    • abnormally high or low blood pressure
    • aneurysms
    • epilepsy and seizures in the past
    • anyone taking heavy medication
    • severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
    • bipolar
    • osteoporosis
    • recent surgery
    • glaucoma
    • currently pregnant
    • People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
    • Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
