Eternal Inner Light - Mr. Uezu' Seminar 2026
Eternal Inner Light - Mr. Uezu' Seminar 2026
Have you ever felt a quiet longing, a sense that there is something deeper within you, waiting to be uncovered
The Eternal Inner Light Retreat 2026 is a rare three-day gathering in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand, bringing together seekers from Australia, New Zealand, and beyond for an experience of genuine inner transformation.
Over three days at the JW Marriott Auckland, you will sit with a truly extraordinary teacher - Mr. Yoshihide Uezu - whose presence alone has moved countless people to tears, laughter, and a profound sense of coming home to themselves.
This is not a performance. There are no scripts, no rituals to memorise, no ideology to adopt. What happens here is far simpler and far more profound than any of that.
You will be heard. You will be seen. And something inside you - something that may have been quiet for a very long time - may begin to stir.
Whether you are new to spiritual practice or have walked this path for decades, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

Seminar by Mr. Uezu
Born in Okinawa, Japan, and raised amid the landscapes of South America, Yoshihide Uezu is a man to whom enlightenment came not as a reward for discipline or doctrine, but as grace. Warm, humble, and utterly without pretence, his seminars are not lectures in the conventional sense — they are conversations, moments, silences. Participants often describe the experience as feeling, for the first time in a long time, that their inner self has returned home. "Just by spending time with Mr. Uezu, you would get a feeling that your inner self is back at a cherished home far away. Then, that feeling would vividly colour your everyday life in the future." — Mitsuro Sato, author of Risible Spiritual

Live Q&A by Mr Lin
An open Q&A with Mr. Uezu, available to all attendees each day. Ask anything — about the teachings, your own journey, or simply about life. Many participants find that a single answer shifts something they have carried for years.

Individual Healing Session
Each participant receives a one-on-one healing session with one of four certified practitioners, allocated on a rotating basis. Many participants describe these sessions as the most profound part of the retreat. Additional sessions available at $40 each, bookable via the registration form.

Guided Meditation Session
Each day opens with a guided meditation session to settle the mind and open the heart. Accessible to complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike — no prior experience needed. You will leave with an inner quiet you can carry home long after the retreat ends.
