Event description

Come and learn about the role of fungi in our ecosystem and in food production with Tim Packer from Innermost gardens.Take a tour around the gardens to look at some fungi and our mushroom piles.  Hear about common gourmet mushrooms and cultivation methods. Tim will teach you about equipment and set up methods - spawn, substrates, sterilisation, inoculation and fruiting
