The Artist

Casey Voss

Casey Voss is a curly hair specialist, educator, clean beauty advocate, and podcast host with over 30 years behind the chair. After closing a large salon and stepping into her own suite, she discovered Innersense Organic Beauty while searching for products that aligned with both her health values and her clients’ needs. Having trained over 70 assistants throughout her career, Casey believes the learning never stops.

Her passion lies in helping both stylists and “curlfriends” embrace their authentic selves—through hair, healing, and the reminder that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made. She’s also the heart and voice behind the podcast It’s Not About Your Hair, where she explores the deeper connections between hair, heart, and happiness. She believes our connection to our hair goes far beyond the scalp—it’s rooted in identity, confidence, and story.

Casey is a proud mother of three daughters and is married to her high school sweetheart. For her, the highlight of her career isn’t just a single moment—it’s the ongoing evolution. Every time she slows down, shifts direction, or steps into something new, she feels like she’s just getting started.
