Inner-Sense - A Weekend Experience at Nukara

You are invited `to join us for Inner-Sense - A weekend experience at Nukara.

Join us out at the beautiful Nukara Farm, for a weekend that will nourish your mind, body and soul.

This experience is a place to share skills, and explore practices that support personal and collective growth. Whether you're experienced or just curious, this is an invitation to step into something new in a safe and welcoming environment.

Throughout the weekend we will explore a range of nourishing practices and workshops, including:

• Zenthai Shiatsu Immersion - Partner yoga and hands on bodywork to give and receive from one another.

• Gentle breathwork journeys - for self-inquiry and integration.

• Sound Healing with bowls, voice, flutes, drums and more.

• Ceremonial Cacao - a journey into the heart.

If you are curious about holistic healing modalities, this will be a great place to expand and learn.

Expect a free-flowing experience with no pressure to be involved in anything, everything done here is an invitation. There will be chats around the fire about future events and all ideas are welcome. We are here to learn and grow together. This weekend is planting a seed that hopefully we can all water and tend to one day. To grow and expand and start to create a healthy culture that will last for generations to come.
