But meeting new people can feel intimidating, so we often lean on cultural norms—like small talk—as a way to stall, waiting for time to signal it’s safe enough to go deeper.Welcome to Innerwoven, a workshop exploring the practices of authentic relating from the ground up. 

Join us in this space and discover how to gently ease into deeper, more meaningful conversations—so you can get to that juicy connection faster, with more flow and less pressure.Authentic relating is a practice that aims to build honest expression, deep listening, and presence in connection with others.

These skills can be game changers when brought back home to your life- but make no mistake, the goal of this evening is to relax, have FUN, and enjoy the process of deepening and opening ourselves with others.

Whether you judge yourself an expert or novice at the art of connecting with others -- this event is for you! Sam and Bridgett have crafted a series of games, discussions, and experiential activities to connect you to your experience and share that in deep and surprising ways.
