Innovate Durham Demo Day

Come learn about the four incredible companies chosen to be part of this year's Innovate Durham cohort.

This year's cohort includes:

• Digital Brilliance Hour teaches technical skills through engaging and hands-on workshops aimed toward digital job markets such as game design and music production. Their focus is on bringing both technical and non-technical communication and teambuilding skills to Black and Brown communities to foster a more balanced and equitable society.
• Laughing Monitos provides speech and language development programs to pre-kindergarten children through play-based activities.
• MyMatR has developed an automatic garbage/recycling sorting machine to help reduce recycling contamination caused by errors in human judgement.
• SKLLD partnered with the City and County to launch a multimedia resume service for historically underemployed populations, focusing most prominently on justice-involved individuals.
