Introducing the Innovation In Education Festival 2021! The Festival has been designed to bring together educators, entrepreneurs, and industry for two action-packed days of innovation in education.

The Festival provides opportunities for delegates to be involved in networking events, panel discussions, keynotes, and interactive workshops. Join us in-person or online, where delegates will come together to share knowledge, best practice, connections and ideas around the future of education.

Covering three (3) main content streams, the Innovation in Education Festival will be focussing on:

1. By teachers for teachers, which will focus on innovative practice

2. Industry stream which will focus on the future of work

3. Futurist stream focusing on schools of the future

These three streams will embed entrepreneurialism and enterprise, leadership in education and the future of education technology. We will be encouraging our speakers to think about one or more of the following broad ideas:

Theoretical understandings of innovation
The role of innovation in developing leadership opportunities for staff / students
Innovative change management v crisis management – ‘don’t waste a crisis’
Professional learning for teachers – how to upskill your staff to be innovative thinkers – ‘watersheds for growth’
What’s the appetite for innovation? What happens if you do not innovate?
Risk and cost of innovation
Innovative education technologies and tools – what to choose?
Measures of performance beyond the traditional modes
School/university/industry collaboration

For our Online attendees, we will be providing interactive live video access to every panel discussion and keynote presentation. Online attendees will also have access either to our in-person industry led workshops and masterclasses, or exclusively ran online sessions.

What To Expect
The festival will deep-dive into a range of topics through panel discussions, keynotes, and hands-on workshops across the two days. There will also be a networking drinks at the halfway point of the Festival.
