The Innovation Papers brings together leaders from across the Australian tech ecosystem to present their ideas and frameworks for industry policy to build better outcomes for Australians.

The Innovation Papers is a hardcopy publication – in a newspaper format – that brings together policy papers from a cross section of the Australian research and business communities.

And The Innovation Papers [Livestream] is the public presentation of these ideas and frameworks at an industry leadership forum.

A change of government is a change of direction, and The Innovation Papers project aims to boost the priority profile of innovation policy discussions among the political leadership.

This is an event that brings together the different strands of the ecosystem. From manufacturing to software, from AgTech to renewables to satellites and space – our aim is to put different industry and research leaders in the same room.

This is where we can grapple with common challenges and common opportunities.

Assistant Minister for Manufacturing and Trade, Senator Tim Ayres, will open the morning proceedings with more speakers to be announced in the coming days.
