Innovation Series - Well-being Workshop

At Volunteering Tasmania we want to support innovation and innovative practices through a number of ways; by sharing innovation through our eNews and social media channels and by running these workshops.

Our first workshop in this series is on well-being and mental health support for volunteers.

We have Greg from RUOK discussing best practice for supporting the well-being and mental health of our volunteers, and Jonathan from Ten Lives (cat shelter) sharing their personal experience of developing a well-being program for their staff and volunteers - taking us through the wins and the challenges.

We will also share some innovative ideas for supporting the well-being of volunteers and ask participants to share ideas, and brainstorm how we as a sector can best support our valuable volunteers.
