INSIDE FLOW YOGA WORKSHOP - In person and Online 🎉
Junior Teacher LUNA from South Korea, owner of Yogaon Sydney along with Gold Instructor AUDREY from Perth bring you a 2 hour Inside Flow Workshop ~ an evolution of vinyasa yoga with music as the driving force 🎶
An intentional yoga flow where the beat of the music resonates with the beat of your heart, when the feeling in your heart is expressed through movement in your body ♥️
Inside Flow is based on SPANDA yoga, with each inhale we expand, exhale we contract, uniting breath with movement, aligning body, mind and spirit 💫
Commencing with 60 minutes of ALIGN to FLOW yoga, concluding with a 60 minute INSIDE FLOW class.
Inside Flow is so much more than yoga to music … the beat, the songs, the energy in the room. It is uplifting, empowering and so much fun!
