Our Insight Awareness event invites you to listen to yourself with honesty, openness, and depth. This is a journey of self-exploration that encourages you to shed the noise of the outside world and reconnect with your own unique rhythms and truth.

What to Expect

Throughout the practice, you will gain insights by closely observing your own thoughts, feelings and sensations and ability, Remember, you are the only one who truly knows what has been unfolding within you. We will use methods and techniques derived from the Tantric traditions; Asanas, kriyas, mantras, kundalini yoga, live sound, somatic movements and silence. Ancient techniques that give us space to feel and point us back towards our own body and life.

Noah Koning and Reuben Doodjarak are experienced musicians known for their mesmerizing live soundscapes. Blending serene Middle Eastern flavors with a rich tapestry of global influences, their music creates an immersive journey of sound. With a deep sensitivity to energy and cadence, they craft compositions that ebb, flow, and pause in harmony with the deeper feelings, fostering a profound sense of connection and presence. I’ll also incorporate a Gong meditation element throughout the practice.
