Monika draws on over 10 years’ experience in Google sales management; learning & people development and program
facilitation; to build personal skills, which produce lasting positive outcomes. She has successfully lead the
peer-to-peer program for Google APAC and was the strategic partner for diversity & inclusion initiatives.
After 10 years, however, she felt very strongly that she wanted to share and spread her experience and knowledge with
other organisations and help them thrive. So she decided to leave and set up her own people and culture consultancy. Include & Extend supports organisations to create cultures in which people feel
