Inspect and Sort Donated Food for Those in Need (Food Bank of the Rockies)

This is a Project Helping Volunteer Experience in partnership with Food Bank of the Rockies
What We Will Do:
Project Helping volunteers will help inspect, clean, sort, and box items received through food drives and grocery rescue for distribution to clients.

Agenda:
8:30-8:45 - Volunteers Arrive, Welcome
8:45-9:00 - Orientation and Training
9:00-11:45 - Assist in Reclamation Area
11:45-12:00 - Clean Up and Numbers of the Day
What to Bring:
A mask
Closed-toe shoes
Weather appropriate clothing (work is done both in the warehouse as well as outside)
Where to Park:
Location: Food Bank of the Rockies
There is ample parking on the south side of the building between the "Volunteer Parking" signs.
Where to Meet:
There is one door marked for visitors to enter.
Check in with your Project Helping Kynd Leader when you arrive. They will be wearing a bright lime green shirt, and will stick with you during the entire experience to make sure you have a blast!
