The Buyer’s Notice of Inspection is a significant part of the typical residential purchase contract yet is often misunderstood. We will review how the document works as a function of the contract, addressing some often-confusing issues. We will also use some real scenarios to explain several parts of the Notice, for both the AAR Residential Purchase Contract (using the (BINSR) and the Non-Member MLS Access (NMMLSA) Purchase Contract (using the Due Diligence And Inspection Period Notice).
