Inspire Hope Mental Health Awareness

Inspire Hope is a free community event focused on Mental Health. 

Mental Health is an epidemic. This may not be your struggle, but you may know someone who is in the struggle. People are fighting battles we know nothing about, and statistics show that someone commits suicide every 40 seconds. There's an urgent need within our communities and to end the stigma when it comes to mental health and cultivate hope, we must come together and navigate these complex challenges. How do we do this? We start by having a conversation.
