    Event description

During Queensland Women's Week and in the lead up to International Women's Day, Women's Network Australia is excited to host a celebration of inclusion and positivity at The Lussh in Woolloongabba and bring together a terrific panel of empowered women for what will no doubt be an insightful discussion.

Join WNA members and guests for a speaker panel including:

🩷 Margaux Parker is a queen of social media and a proud mother of four kids under the age of 11. The Logan local is as comfortable on the red carpet as she is in a pair of uggs at school drop off. Margaux brings a powerful presence to a studio of big personalities and has undoubtedly been embraced by the Brisbane audiences on Triple M’sThe Big Breakfast. Margaux is already a veteran of the Brisbane social scene, announcing herself as an in-demand media identity since the retirement of her husband, former Brisbane Bronco, QLD and Australian rugby league legend, Corey.

🩷 Jessica Ritchie is an international award-winning author and personal brand and communications expert helping organisations, leaders and teams become reMARKAble brands. Through her powerful MARK methodology, organisations will be inspired to transform and perform at their highest potential.

🩷 Jenae Tien is the founder of Expand Your Library, a social enterprise that normalises conversations around cultural diversity, allyship and inclusion, within the education space, creating spaces for children to explore the topic in a safe and inclusive way! Jenae is also a published author, diversity and structural change consultant, media and communication professional, multimedia producer, mother of two and is currently a student at QUT continuing her studies to complete a diploma in Education with a specific focus on Autism.

🩷 Laura Lewis is an artist, mum, and a passionate advocate for inclusion and better services for people living with a mental illness. Also a disruptor and advocate to improve educating our state education system to stamp out bullying in our schools. Laura has faced her own challenges with mental illness but also a strong advocate for her son who is on the NDIS.

Hear from each of these speakers about how they have used their voice and made their mark in places where previously, women did not have the opportunity to speak up or create change. You'll also hear their stories of cultural and social inclusion, how far we have come, and how much we still have to learn.

Tickets include delicious grazing tables, beverage package and the opportunity to mix and mingle with like-minded women over the topic of inclusion.

Don't miss out, get your tickets today.
