As both the land and how it is used constantly change, historic data no longer tells the full story of risk and hazards. Our next member event on 9 May will focus on using big data and digital strategies to improve responses to climate and weather-related insurance events.
A panel from industry and research will share how they are collaborating to better understand future risk. This session will discuss how new products and tools are being applied, including parametric cover and risk based pricing, agent-based models and Smart Maps.
