This mini cohort is designed specifically for pastors as a safe and challenging space to engage the Emotionally Focused Family process (step 3 of our 3 core Emotionally Focused experiences). This 12-week journey builds on concepts & practices from your previous Emotionally Focused work, and applies them to your family of origin through the lens of systems thinking. Our learning community will engage in 12 one-hour sessions on noticing how anxiety spreads through systems, and practice tools for diffusing it in yourself and those you lead! After short content recaps, the majority of the online meetups are for conversation, questions, and coaching around topics of family systems theory and ways to apply the tools to your pastoral leadership. An electronic workbook and additional resources are included in the cost.

You’ll Receive:

12 LARGE GROUP SESSIONS, held on Thursdays from 10 AM PT / 11 AM MT / 12 PM CT / 1 PM ET. The schedule and rhythms of engagement have been crafted to allow for breaks during holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Your Committment:

We are looking for pastors who are committed to growing in emotional maturity, and willing to honestly explore the parts of your story that hold you back. We ask that you commit to being as fully present as possible, participating in each of the spaces designed for you. You will get the most out of this cohort if you are willing to name the current realities of your life and leadership, believe change is possible, and try on new habits around how you show up in relationships.
