This Integrated EMOTIONAL HEALTH cohort is designed specifically for pastors as a safe and challenging space to engage the Emotionally Focused Formation process (step 2 of our 3 core Emotionally Focused experiences). This 8 month journey gives you language and tools to try on new ways of showing up in your most important relationships. You will join in 13 Large Group Zoom calls for conversation and coaching around topics of emotional health. Plus, you’ll have access to expert voices and resources that speak to some of the unique challenges of pastoral leadership. You will also be guided through reflection and practice of new skills through a workbook and weekly small group coaching calls!

You’ll Receive:

13 LARGE GROUP SESSIONS, held on Wednesdays from 2:15-3:30 PM EST. The schedule and rhythms of engagement have been crafted to allow for breaks during holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Holy Week.

SMALL GROUP COACHING from seasoned Emotionally Focused coaches. This is a 1 hour call that meets 2 of each 3 week cycle. Group assignments will be made based on shared schedules and with the best possible fit in mind. After registration, you will receive a follow up email asking you to provide windows of availability for each day of the week. Please be as flexible as possible to allow us to find you a great small group!

IN-PERSON RETREAT for refreshment, connection, and ministry time with one another. November 9-13, 2026 in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

NOTE: Your registration of $450 includes the sessions above, materials, and coaching, as well as lodging and food at the retreat! We ask that you cover the cost of travel to and from the retreat venue.
