Participants will learn the fundamentals of acupressure, learning how to locate and stimulate key points to address common health conditions and promote overall wellness.
Beyond learning to use these points effectively in therapy sessions, therapists will be equipped to share the benefits and techniques of acupressure with their clients, fostering a deeper connection and offering tools for self-care.
1.5-hour instructional session focused on theory and point location,
1.5 hours of hands-on practice, where participants will apply these techniques on each other.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to integrate acupressure into their sessions, and inspire their clients with the love and knowledge of acupressure for their own health and well-being.
