A range of coloured chalks
Sugar (small amount, for a creative process)
Paper plates (approx. 2–4)
A small jar (glass or clear plastic)
Collage images (magazines, printed pictures, symbolic or meaningful images)
Cardboard – size approx. A5 (or postcard-sized)
Glue and scissors
A journal or notebook
A pen or pencil

Most materials are simple and easily found around the home. Please feel free to adapt based on what’s accessible to you. Having these items ready in advance will help you fully engage in the weekly sessions.

This is an seven-week live online course, and your full presence is an important part of the experience.

Please ensure you are available for all the following dates:
