Event description
This intensive artisan cheesemaking course runs over two days and is ideally suited for people staying the night on our homestead or who live locally. This workshop covers yoghurt labneh, farmhouse cheddar, chevre or lactic cheese, swiss, red washed reblochon, blue stilton, and brie. Infuse and marinate your cheeses with your own original flavours!
Lunch included with a glass of wine on Saturday. Brunch included on Sunday!
All equipment and utensils supplied. Take all your cheese and the recipes home to enjoy with friends and family.
