Intention to action clinic: supplier engagement
Event description
Engaging suppliers on climate is one of the biggest challenges for organisations working to reduce their environmental impact—but it also holds huge potential to cut emissions.
Building on last year’s introductory events, we’re hosting an Intention to Action Clinic on 21 May to help organisations dive deeper into supplier engagement challenges and identify practical solutions.
As supplier engagement is such a huge area, we’ll be focusing on two key areas:
- How to effectively engage and support suppliers
- How to gather and manage data
Sara Telahoun (3ADAPT) will provide expert insights, alongside Amber Rochette from The Roman Baths & Pump Room sharing her first-hand experience with engaging suppliers. Participants will then break into small groups to explore specific barriers and develop strategies for action.
To facilitate small group discussion, places are limited. Priority will be given to organisations actively working on this issue or planning action in the next year.
Please register your interest by midday Monday 5 May. You’ll be notified about whether you have a place by end of day Monday 12 May.
