ECPRO Presents a Lunch and Learn featuring “Intentional Communication Across Generations”

With younger professionals bringing fresh digital strategies and seasoned team members offering deep industry insights, a deliberate approach to communication ensures that knowledge flows seamlessly between them. By intentionally bridging generational differences—whether through preferred communication styles, technological fluency, or strategic thinking—public relations professionals can create a dynamic work environment that leverages the strengths of every team member. Intentional communication enhances teamwork, strengthens client relationships, and drives successful PR campaigns.
