Here's what we'll do:

Deep reset - release any stuck, stress, exhaustion, overwhelmed (and perhaps disappointment of things not done) from 2023
Intentional Goal Setting - create goals for 2024 that pack a punch and create subconscious alignment
Obstacle Transformation - clear the path for 2024 to be more successful and aligned, transform hidden self-sabotage
Meditation - Connecting, grounding, and expanding (a meditation you can have as your daily practice)
Dancing, hugs, and lots and lots of love xx

What to bring?

Water bottle
Object, amulet, crystal that you may wish to have as a totem for your intentions
Anything you require to make sitting on the floor extra comfortable
Coffee/tea orders can be made in Prana's cafe
