Intentionally Intentional 2022
Event description
Many of us often feel like we are falling short and letting ourselves and others down, or we are stepping through a life transition moment and are unsure of how we need to show up for ourselves and others in a new construct we haven't experienced before.
Deep down we all want the same thing: that feeling of a wholehearted existence. The freedom to be truely ourselves, without fear, and to live in alignment. We know we are capable of more.
This offsite empowers you to be truely you, to stop placating to appease others, and to stop leaving your potential on the table. The irony is that only when you put your needs first can you then deliver more value to others.
The annual Peak Persona 'Intentionally Intentional' Offsite is a 48 hour, two-night remote-location
intimate group workshop experience to empower you to live your life with intention: to get you from A to B
with an action plan and new behaviours to get you there.
This is about aligning your behaviours to your beliefs and values, to live a life in alignment towards achieving a wholehearted and impactful existence.
What you will walk away with:
This workshop is about so much more than just goal setting. This workshop dives deep into the core of who you are, what you want to be known for, what takes you out of alignment, and where you need to focus. We help you find what you really want in life. We then start removing the layers of self-talk about why you can't achieve you goals, and set you up with a plan to get there.
By this end of this weekend you will have:
- Deleveraged your points of shame and guilt so they no longer have power over you
- Identify and deleveraged your fears and limiting internal self-beliefs
- Identify your recurring patterns of behaviour that are holding you back
- Completed an audit to identify your personal alignment needs
- Created your 10 year story of self (vision)
- Set your 5 year goals across 6 life categories (personal and work)
- Developed your 12 month plan of specific action items
- Developed your 3 month behavioural plan
- Identified the training & support you will need to achieve your goals
- Established your monthly review protocol for staying on target
- A year of monthly accountability checkins post event
- Peak Persona workbook and swag
If you don't believe you can make back at least 10x the cost of the ticket to attend this event by actioning your new goals in the next 12 months then this isn't the event for you.
