Action Planning Offsite
Event description
Anyone can set a goal. Goal setting isn't the problem.
It's goal achievement that we all need help with.
You've set goals before. You've achieved some, but failed many. You look at others who seem to do it all so effortlessly, and while you know that you are capable of more, you wonder why you keep leaving your potential on the table.
Join us for a three day off-site not about goal setting,
but about setting yourself up for goal achievement.
The annual 'Being Intentional' Offsite by Queensland-based venture capital firm Tribe Global Ventures is a two-night remote-location offsite to empower you to get from where you are to where you want to be by becoming who you need to be to get there.
During the offsite we will step you through our 3 step process for achieving the results you want:
- Goals. Set the external results you want, with inspiration and insights from a diverse group of participants.
- Action plan. Create the systems, processes, and activities needed to complete to achieve those results.
- Behaviours. Develop the routine behaviours to become the type of person who does those things effortlessly.
Amongst the participants so far we have:
- two founders who just raised $12m
- an investor who has $130m in assets under management
- a founder who built a company through to public listing
- an investor responsible for a VC portfolio of ~$250m FUM
- a founder turning over >$1m pa
- many more founders at the start of their scale-up journey
We don't just fix for the habit, we fix for the being.
A runner loves running. They don't wait for the motivation to run. They don't have to talk themselves into going for a run. They just run. And they love the run while running. How do you become the runner of your dreams? That person who does't just want a goal, but who loves the process of achieving it just as much as the goal itself.
While forming new networks and deeper relationships with other participants, this workshop will help you to get to where you want to go: Set goals, create a plan, and then actually achieve it.
- Work less, achieve more: Improve your focus and time management so you are proactively working on what matters most.
- Reduce mental overload: Create mental models and filters for optimal decision making, and reduce self-talk, emotional loops, procrastination and rumination.
- Improve behavioural performance: Develop and embed your own performance toolkit and habit stacking routines based on the latest scientific studies.
Don’t let another 12 months go by without achieving the goals you know you want to acheive. The venues inspiring surroundings combined with a passionate group of participants will help create the momentum you need.
