Interconnected: Care for Nature in Canberra
Sunday 1 March, 10am - 12:30pm
Wildbark + Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve

Interconnected is an open community group welcoming anyone who connects with and cares for nature in the ACT (or wants to be more involved in doing so!) bringing Canberrans together to practise nature-connection in an intentional and embodied way whilst raising awareness and appreciation of our beautiful bush capital. Facilitated by Landcare ACT, relaxed walk-and-talk style gatherings are held quarterly, providing a space in which to share information, resources, cross-pollinate ideas, and return to relational reciprocity with the more-than-human world.

We’ll convene at Wildbark Visitors Centre and take a stroll through the Mulligans Flat nature reserve to the nearby wetlands, pausing for some guided nature connection activities on route before returning to Wildbark café for a cuppa and a chat.

Please wear comfortable shoes, dress sun-wise, and bring a water bottle to keep hydrated. Allow time for travel, parking, and making your way to the meet point - gate out into the reserve located through the visitors centre so we can set off promptly at 10am and make the most of our time together.
