Are you an impact business intermediary or impact network founder? 👍
Are you open to supporting the growth of the businesses in your network? 👍
Do you want to build a thriving network? 👍

Ideally for: Intermediaries – For Profit Impact Networks, Government, Industry, Indigenous

If these are yes, we invite you to be open to discussing this type of workshop we can run for your audience.

Why Now? The Challenges Facing Impact Businesses:

It's tough to grow an impact business. A higher percentage of impact business founders struggled to make the same income they used to earn as an employee.
Then there is a natural tension between business & family - you may not grow the business because it means personal or family sacrifice.
ALL major businesses & NFPs are now moving towards social enterprises - what does this mean for businesses in your network?

Without a strong network, many are going it alone. They are limiting the growth & impact they can create and risk losing the business.

Our workshops are designed to show new possibilities for their business and life.

Beyond the standard business metrics, founder(s) will gain insights into distinct business pillars for impact businesses like Purpose, People and Planet, Precision, and Profit (5Ps).

Why do these matter?

Founders will have the keys to enable their impact business to stand out and grow.

Benefits

Motivation to see life & business differently
New ways to position the business for growth
Little-known ways to fund businesses for growth
Identify hidden gaps that may be holding businesses back
Connect with other aligned & motivated founders.

We created the Ready For Growth Diagnostic to help impact founder(s) see the business with fresh eyes.

It Works - having held these sessions one-on-one with over 40 businesses, we saw 90% of businesses identify new priorities. We held these for Parramatta Social Enterprise Network and the audience gave us great feedback.

We also saw the benefits of like-minded founders sharing their ideas, networking, and collaborating - hence the group sessions.

Testimonials

Bob has been instrumental in bringing knowledge and expertise to impact business owners looking to grow. His facilitation of group information sessions has provided my business with new directions and insights that have a direct positive impact on growth and profitability.

Nicole Mahler - Delicious Foods Australia

Bob understood my need to grow Sydney Ergonomics while balancing my life. Having worked with some of the world’s top corporate marketing teams, I was positively surprised by the business insights gained after the diagnostic session.

Some may see the ‘Purpose’ & ‘Planet’ pillars as the new forms of marketing, but I’ve since discovered it’s so much more.

If you want to grow your impact business, Bob and Purpose With Profit are your go-to resource to see your business in a new light and uncover cost-effective ways to position your business for growth.

Brian Rubin - Sydney Ergonomics

We considered working with Bob to bring funds into the business. We were able to uncover so much about the business, which has cemented the importance of getting our model right prior to commencing the build of our homes.

And from the funding side, we discovered grants and new ways to fund the business without dilution. Finally, Bob asks deep questions about the individuals and our personal goals with the business. It’s quite the holistic approach to getting the founders and business aligned and “Ready for Growth”.

We look forward to working with Bob in the future and encourage any purpose-led business dive into the Diagnostic to accelerate their direction and growth faster.

Andrew, Henric, & Grace - Freedome For Me

The event gave us a chance to connect with vegan businesses that we would not otherwise have been able to. Pressing questions are also answered by Bob and other business founders in a welcoming environment. Also, a note about Bob’s events, he has a way of driving engagement amongst a group. We valued the complementary events he put on through Covid-19, where many businesses collaborated and shared ideas in an online discussion forum.
