Do you remember how good you felt when you last did Tai Chi? Regular practice has the potential to support our physical and mental health in a range of areas. Tai Chi may help to prevent falls in older adults, reduce pain, prevent cardiovascular disease, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and enhance general stress management.*
If you've already done our beginner class or have experience in Tai Chi practice, come along to our Intermediate Tai Chi class at Newlands Neighbourhood House for a class that is suitable for adults of all ages.
