3 hour Zoom workshop with an accredited trainer.

This session will learn how to:

Use the QuickParts feature
use column & tables
create a multi-numbered list
create indents, tabs & borders
insert watermarks, pictures & symbols
format pictures & graphics, & insert hyperlinks
create SmartArt graphics & use the WordArt feature
create a chart & insert it into a document
use the mail merge feature
create envelopes & labels

Venue: your own location (participants will require a headset with microphone & two screens, or a combination of devices that will enable use of Zoom & Excel simultaneously)

Prerequisites : Participants must be familiar with using computer programs, & have some understanding of document layout.

Fees & Payment Options

Cost Centre Payment (Melbourne Health Staff only)- $220 excl. GST

Cost Centre payments: A valid campus code & cost centre must be provided at time of registration. Your nominated cost centre will be charged at the close of registration.

Credit Card Payment - $250 (Includes booking fee & GST ). Hospital staff may be entitled to a reimbursement. Check with your supervisor or Finance department.

Cancellations/Refunds Policy:

Cost Centre Cancellations: Less than 7 days prior to the workshop date - 100% of the course fee is charged unless we fill your place.

Course transfers are not available. Course attendance can be transferred to another individual from the same cost centre provided we are informed ahead of the workshop.

Credit Card Cancellations & Refunds: Up to 7 days prior to the workshop date - 100% of the workshop fee will be refunded, less Humanitix booking fees.

Less than 7 days prior to the workshop date - no refund unless we fill your place with another applicant.

Melbourne Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops without notice. In the event of a workshop cancellation, a full refund (less Humanitix fees) will apply.
