    Event description

Our January speaker is Jamie Blume who will be talking about Incorporating the Internal Family System (IFS) Model to Help People with ADHD Thrive

ADHD coach and educator Jamie Blume will provide insights to help those with ADHD, as well as coaches and therapists who support them, improve self-leadership and self-compassion utilising the Internal Family Systems model.

By applying the eight C’s of Self-leadership (creativity, curiosity, clarity, courage, compassion, calm, consideration, celebration), individuals can better regulate emotions and thoughts to support positive change.

Jamie will explore how these self-leadership skills can transform challenges those with ADHD frequently face such as emotional dysregulation, executive functioning issues, procrastination, and low motivation.

Attendees will gain practical tools to implement the eight C’s and five P’s (protect, provide, pardon, purpose, play) of self-leadership into their lives or the lives of those they support.

The talk aims to empower individuals with ADHD to take control of their own self-leadership and journey toward a more balanced, harmonious and thriving life.

Jamie is a certified ADHD and Life Coach, Mentor Coach, educator for rising ADHD coaches, IFS Practitioner, Nutritional Health Coach and Founder of Along Their Way.  Jamie teaches at the ADHD & Life Coach Training Program, ADD Coach Academy and mentors aspiring ADHD coaches as well as serving as Chair of the ADDA Education Committee focused on ADHD awareness.

Having raised 3 adult children with ADHD and diagnosed with it herself as an adult, Jamie understands the challenges. She helps clients identify and build skills to overcome obstacles, find calm, and cultivate daily joy. Jamie supports healing, growth, and transformation toward more fulfilling lives.

Professionals attending will receive a Certificate of Attendance to help them keep track of their professional development.
