Using a guided cacao ceremony, reflection questions and somatic practices - this workshop has been specifically designed to support you in recognising and connecting in with your internal guidance systems - your heart, mind and intuition; to become more conscious of which parts are leading as you navigate life and decisions that will create your future.

This space is lovingly held and created with intention to support deeper connection with self and with others. Recognising the unique opportunity of self reflection and connection that is sharing when sharing space and conversation with another. Friendship, community and the opportunity to drop into a self-reflective space that is uniquely provided and supported when done with others.

The Scorpio moon (pink moon) 2024 is one of the most powerful lunar phases to develop deeper self-understanding. As the water sign that values vulnerability and self-transformation, the Scorpio pink moon is a time to tap into your inner wisdom and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

Developing a connection between the mind and the body - allowing communication, intuitive guidance and somatic healing. Developing self-sustaining ways of introducing and maintaining safety in the body is the one of the most foundational ways in which we can begin to support regulation and navigation from the body and heart. Coming into the close of the evening, you will have an intention directly from your heart for you to anchor in on for 2024 to create your future.

The flow of the evening - What to expect:

We will open the evening with a cacao ceremony and gentle somatic practices to ground into the body and invite deeper connection in with your heart.
You will then be guided through a number of questions that you will share with another to self reflect on your internal navigation systems and your relationship with your heart and intuition. Giving you the opportunity to connect in with yourself, and with others, on a deeper level.
We will then take these responses into an open workshop; learning about building and strengthening healthy relationships with each part - to be able to ask for specific guidance from each: the head, the heart and our intuition (gut) and begin to develop unique ways to differentiate and invite connection with these parts. Supporting in healing wounds, self soothing and deepening into living a divinely led life through connecting with and listening to the heart and intuition. The first step is understanding the difference between these parts; what it feels like when they are leading your consciousness and actions, and what outcomes they give you.
We will close the evening in a self-connection and grounding exercise, reflective sharing circle, and opportunity to connect and network before the evening finishes.

How to prepare:

Please have a light meal prior to attending the evening, some snacks will be provided.
Feel encouraged to bring a journal or notebook

Free parking is available though can be busy at time, allow additional time to not place too much stress on finding a carpark
