Capitalism isn’t just outside of us; it lives in us, as us and through us. This 90 minute workshop will explore the mirrored relationship of self and world, and how our internalisations of capitalism’s story lead to an unhealthy relationship with productivity, burnout and climate change.

Bridging systems thinking with inner work, this workshop will empower changemakers with the tools of Getting Free; a subversive act that at its heart is a tool of system change, but also an act of liberation and imagination. It's one that challenges the mindset of a system, creating deep change from the inside out.

This workshop is offered on a Pay What You Want basis, and open to all.

About Laura Hartley:
Laura Hartley is a leadership coach & founder of Public Love Enterprises, a liberatory space and online school for changemakers. She centres her work on the space between inner and outer change, empowering changemakers to get free, dismantling capitalism and patriarchy from the inside out.

Coaching changemakers through personal, professional and societal transitions, she also runs programs in healing burnout culture, cultural wayfinding & finding purpose in a changing world.
