Share your moment of belonging

This year's International Au Pair Day theme, set by the International Au Pair Association (IAPA), is The Moment of Belonging: From Stranger to Family Member.

It's about the moment your stay stops feeling like a visit and starts to feel like home. At the picnic we would love to hear yours. Have a think about:

  • When did you first feel at home with your host family?

  • What helped you get there?

  • What tip would you give an au pair who has just arrived?

Posting on the day? Use #InternationalAuPairDay so we can find and share your photos.

International Au Pair Day events are happening in cities across Australia. See them all on the CAPAA events page.
