International Celebration ~ Day of Inner Peace 2023

Pneuma Institute Australia invites you to the annual International Day of Inner Peace Celebration.

This event begins with our Friday 27th Evening Activities held in Brunswick Heads. This will be followed by a Pneuma Breathwork (PBW) practice on Saturday 28th October which will be held in Huonbrook, in the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay. The exact location will be given on registration for the PBW event and numbers for this event are limited to 15 participants.

We welcome you to join us for Friday, Saturday, or both!

The Day of Inner Peace events are both a celebration and an important reminder to us all that inner peace is possible.

If we commit to ourselves daily we can bring peace to our mind, emotions, words and gestures. If we remember that the external is only a reflection of our internal reality then we can decide to take responsibility for what is going on in our lives and in the world.

We can truly change our personal lives and come to be an instrument of peace on the planet.

The message from the most ancient philosophies and traditions have always pointed us in the same direction. They remind us that we can achieve an inner state of calm and serenity by eliminating the inner conflict from our psyche.

The annual international Day of Inner Peace is an invitation for us to come together as a community with a clear focus towards peace, harmony and well being for all people and all life. It is a precious opportunity to connect from our heart for our own well being and the well being of the planet.

Please join us so that we can all unite as individuals, as a community, in conscious effort and with clear intent to be nourished in peace and to grow in peace.

Friday, October 27th Evening Celebration:

Location: Brunswick Valley Community Centre

Time: 6 ~ 9pm

Our program will commence at 6.10pm and include:

• Annual message on Inner Peace by the Director of Pneuma International, Juan Ruiz Naupari

• Introduction to Pneuma Institute

• Solar Art Presentation

• Guided Meditations

Light refreshments: Savoury snacks, Cake and chai are included in your ticket price.

If it is your preference to sit on the floor for meditation practices please bring what you require eg cushion, shawl.

Saturday, October 28th Pneuma Breathwork Session:

Location: Huonbrook (exact location and further details will be provided with your registration).

Time: 2 - 6pm

Pneuma Breathwork is a revolutionary, profound, and easy to do practice that naturally leads us to extraordinary or Transpersonal states of consciousness by dynamically breathing light.

The goal is to open our perception in order to connect with our Spiritual Essence, which leads to healing, inner peace, and greater wellbeing in our lives.

The Breathwork is accompanied by music specially prepared for this Transpersonal work. We integrate the experience by drawing a mandala and sharing our insights in a supportive environment.

Transpersonal experiences together with the map of consciousness proposed by ancient traditions make this technique a valuable tool for healing and inner development.

Pneuma Breathwork Contraindications:

• Pneuma Breathwork is very safe and easy for all to do, but extra care should be taken in the following circumstances. Please email us if any of these apply to you.
  • Pregnancy
  • Cardiovascular problems
  • Severe hypertension
  • Glaucoma
  • Detachment of the retina
  • Severe psychiatric disorders (individual cases should be discussed directly with the facilitator - please email)
  • Epilepsy
  • Recent fractures
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Recent surgery
  • In the case of asthma an inhaler can be brought to the session.

*** Pneuma Institute has a retreat centre in the beautiful environment of Mt Shasta in Nth California where face to face teachings are given with the director of Pneuma Instiitute, Juan Ruiz Naupari. Pneuma has also began to offer Summer Camp retreats for childen (parent accompanied) and youth.

We are investing in our children by offering them tools and information that will supportt them to make more informed, heart centred decisions based in self care, health and well being as they navigate their way through adolescence and early adult life understanding more about what is their 'True Nature', and sharing with them effective tools & practices that will support them to stand strong in their 'True Nature' that is inherently sacred.

Because the retreat centre is located in a forested environent, upkeep and repairs of aging infrastructure is ongoing.
