International feature: Celebrating Indonesian Design

An exciting runway event set in the spectacular architectural backdrop of The Capitol, this special showcase brings two of Indonesia’s prominent designers to Australian audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to see creative designs that explore cultural expertise and contemporary South-East Asian fashion design. The runway show invites guests to reflect on the fashion from one of our closest neighbours, consider potential cultural and creative pathways, and experience the best of Indonesian fashion here in Melbourne/Naarm. The event continues a partnership between RMIT and the Australian Embassy Indonesia, a collaboration that champions cross-cultural creative exchange and excellence.
