We’re thrilled to announce that New Mornings will once again host our International Men’s Day Breakfast on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at the Dial Sports Complex, 1 Dial park Drive, Penguin.

This year’s theme is all about Men. Mateship. Mental Health. Because supporting our men and boys matters. Events like this shine a light on the challenges men face, while also celebrating their strength, resilience and the importance of mateship in building healthier communities.

✨ We’re especially excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Russell Robertson - former Melbourne Football Club star, media personality and passionate advocate for men’s wellbeing. Russell will share inspiring stories from on and off the field, reminding us of the power of connection, resilience and support.
