Join us for a social event where you can connect and network with members of the IWCA Australia coffee community. 

EMBRACE EQUITY

For this International Women’s Day, we would like you to reflect on what Equity means and how we can make changes to support and strengthen the coffee industry.

We believe it requires coming together as a community to make a big change in our society. 

Each one can play a massive role towards Embracing Equity by challenging gender stereotypes, being inclusive and overcoming unconscious bias.

For this year's event, members across NSW, VIC and WA will gather for a social night to network, learn from each other and reflect on how we can work together to CONNECT, EMPOWER and ADVANCE our local communities.
