Join us for a powerful and creative International Women’s Day workshop, celebrating the strength, resilience, and transformation of women including you!
What to Expect:
Meaningful Conversations – Reflect on how times have changed and share stories of growth and change in a supportive space.
Sound Therapy Meditation – A calming session to relax and connect with yourself to grow your strength and self-awareness through meditation and sound therapy.
Creative Activity – Decorate a butterfly that represents the strength, nurture and beauty of women with some text with affirmations, wisdom you have gained.
