International Women's Day Breakfast 2025

Change doesn’t happen by chance - it happens by action ✨

On Thursday 13th of March, Capital W (UNSW), Network of Women (USYD), Women in Business (UTS) and Women Entering Business (MQU) present our annual International Women's Day Breakfast. 

This year’s theme, ‘Accelerating Action’, highlights the urgency of turning aspirations into tangible impact. We will hear from industry leaders who are driving meaningful change, championing progress, and shaping a more equitable future. It calls for actions and attitudes that break down barriers to participation, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other distinguishing characteristic, have equal opportunities to participate fully in all aspects of society.

Join us at Ivy Ballroom for an engrossing breakfast experience with our revered guests and engage in a compelling panel.

Student attendees will have the unique opportunity to network with attending sponsors of their choice, including Chartered Accountants, Commonwealth bank and Bank of America over a delectable breakfast course and light refreshments, followed by a riveting panel discussion facilitated by Catherine Fox, the 2017 Walkley Award Recipient for Women's Leadership in Media.
