International Women's Day is Wild

The Women's Library is delighted to invite you and all your friends to a GALA CONCERT to celebrate INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 8th March, featuring the fabulous WILD WOMEN OF ANYWHERE BEACH.

Otherwise known as Cathy and Angie, this deceptively casual duo are mistresses of their craft who will wow you with women's movement classics, their own original works, and an entertaining sense of humour.

With a supporting set from the MOONCATCHERS women's choir, this is our first FUNDRAISER since 2022, since which time the Library has been considerably restored and revamped, and we are still thrilled to show off the congenial and welcoming space that has resulted.

But of course - as any performer will tell you - events are nothing without an enthusiastic audience, so we look forward to sharing a great evening with you and your friends.

A note about TICKET PRICES: While we have set ticket prices at $45/ $25 conc, we will be delighted to see you at any price. The philosophy of The Women's Library remains that no-one should be unable to join in the fun because they can't afford the price of admission. If you can afford more that is fine too - we will of course be very happy to see extra donations come our way.
