Join us for a special International Women’s Day Long Lunch at North Bondi RSL on Wednesday, March 6th, as we celebrate this year’s theme: Accelerate Action.

  • Amy Castano, Founder of Acero.
    Amy Maree Castano is a prominent beauty influencer and entrepreneur based in Sydney. From a young age, she exhibited an entrepreneurial spirit, starting with a paper route at age eight and later managing a dress-selling venture during her university years. These early experiences laid the foundation for her future endeavors in the beauty and fitness industries. In 2020, leveraging her business acumen and passion for health, Amy co-founded ACERO, a fitness brand, alongside her then-husband, Jono Castano. While Jono served as the head trainer, working with high-profile clients, Amy managed PR, marketing, and sales, contributing significantly to the brand’s growth and reputation. Through her leadership and expertise, ACERO became a well-respected name in the fitness industry. Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Amy has built a substantial online presence, amassing over 570,000 followers on Instagram. Her platform showcases beauty tutorials, fitness insights, and glimpses into her personal life, inspiring a global audience. With her dedication to health, beauty, and business, Amy continues to influence and motivate others while expanding her presence in the industry.

  • Viv Conway, Founder of Girls Get Off , Girls Get Off is a brand which exists to normalise female pleasure. Starting off in New Zealand, Girls Get off has since established a viral social media account across multiple platforms and leveraged this to build both loyal customers, community and sales. 
  • Sarah WatsonSarah served in the Australian Army from 1997 to 2015 in Australian Intelligence Corps. Various postings at the strategic level saw her oversee international intelligence analysis within a multi-national security agency framework, including a 7-month deployment in Iraq as the DSDLO. In her final posting within Army, Sarah worked on policies and initiatives to improve inclusion, diversity and workplace culture in order increase retention and recruitment of women in the Australian Army. In 2015, Sarah was medically retired from the Army following a diagnosis of PTSD and Depression which led to a challenging period of healing and personal growth. Sarah found sport to reinvent herself post military and has since competed on international sporting stages, including Invictus Games and World Championship events for Ironman, Cycling, triathlon and duathlon and in 2024 won the World Championship title in World Triathlon. Sarah now regularly teaches trauma informed Yoga to other veterans and frontline workers.
