UN Women Australia Announced that this year's theme for International Women's Day is Balance the Scales. The theme is set to highlight the urgent need to ensure fair, inclusive, and accessible justice for every woman and girl.

In this lunchtime session, our speakers and panel will explore how workplaces and leaders can take practical, meaningful steps to support and safeguard employees who may be experiencing challenging circumstances.

The event will open with a short address to set the tone, followed by a facilitated panel discussion. The panel will be moderated by Blair Stubna, who supports the Bunbury Geographe CCI Women in Business Portfolio.
